What We Do Missoula Early Head Start (MEHS) is a federal program serving Missoula County residents. MEHS is administered locally by Ravalli Head Start, Inc., in partnership with the University of Montana. It is a 12-month program and is FREE to income-eligible families that meet U.S. Poverty Income Guidelines; 10% can include over-income families with high demonstrated needs. The program serves Missoula County children from birth to 3-years-old and/or prenatal families/pregnant mothers. Our MissionThe Mission of Ravalli Head Start, Inc., is to identify and meet specific needs of low-income and other eligible children and families in a manner consistent with federal Head Start regulations and best practices. As a result of these efforts and services, children and their families will enter the future as more productive, confident, self-reliant and successful members of society. Contact Information
